Impressive Visuals, Far Removed from the Original Concept
On a technical level, the film delivers stunning spectacle. The CGI, combined with practical animatronic effects, produces breathtaking prehistoric visuals across various global set pieces.
However, despite these visual achievements, the overall story feels quite far removed from the original concept of the franchise. Instead of focusing on the terror and awe of humans isolated alongside resurrected apex predators, the plot shifts toward corporate conspiracies and giant bioengineered locusts. It loses touch with the grounded science thriller tone that made Steven Spielberg's 1993 original a masterpiece.

A Lack of Suspense and Unrealistic Scenarios
The movie fails to capitalize on the suspenseful, edge-of-your-seat elements that defined the earlier films. Instead of building genuine dread, the story relies on rapid action sequences that strip away any feeling of actual danger.
**Tamed Predators:** The raptors, which used to be scary, calculating creatures, are treated more like cute, domesticated dogs that respond to hand signals.
**Far-Fetched Scenarios:** Several action sequences feel unrealistic and hard to believe, even for a sci-fi franchise about cloned dinosaurs.
Characters escape impossible situations with minimal effort, which undercuts the stakes and leaves little room for actual suspense.
